HomeBridge Partners Ltd is an independent homeowner-to-installer matching service. We review homeowner enquiries and may introduce a homeowner to a participating installer that appears suitable for the project.

Using the homeowner service
The homeowner service is free to use and there is no obligation to request or accept a quotation. You agree to provide accurate information and to tell us if your circumstances or project requirements change.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a suitable installer will be available or that an installer will offer a quotation.
Introductions and permission
We speak with you about your project before proposing an installer. We tell you the name of the selected company and obtain your permission before sharing your enquiry or contact details.
We introduce one installer at a time. If an introduction cannot progress, we may propose another participating installer, but we will name that company and obtain fresh permission before sharing your details again. Silence or non-response is not treated as permission.
Participating installers
Participating installers are independent businesses. HomeBridge Partners is not the installer, surveyor, supplier or contractor and does not enter into the contract for installation work.
Any survey, recommendation, quotation, timescale, guarantee, contract and installation is provided by the installer. You should review the installer's quotation and contractual terms carefully before deciding whether to proceed.
Installer vetting
We carry out proportionate checks before approving participating installers, including business identity, appropriate insurance, trading information and relevant certification. For window-and-door projects, participating installers must be FENSA registered or Certass certified.
Vetting helps us assess whether a business may participate in our network. It is not a guarantee of a particular quotation, outcome or standard of work on an individual project.
Availability and website information
Coverage depends on installer availability, service areas and project suitability. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every enquiry will result in an introduction.
